Chapter 1
What the client needed
UK taxpayers do not know they are owed a refund, and the tax system is hard for them. The site has to explain the service, show the fee structure openly and lead to sign-up.
The service works on a success basis: if no refund is due, there is no charge.

How it is built
The site live today is written in code and built with Vite. Cookie handling is tied to a consent tool, and measurement does not load before the visitor agrees, as UK rules require.
The registered company details appear at the bottom of every page, so visitors can check the company.
