Platforma365: Web Development Case Study
How we built Platforma365 - a web development case study by Elya Studio. Approach, decisions, tech stack, and design outcome.
Overview
Platforma365 is a web application project we designed and built. This case study walks through our approach, the decisions we made, and what we learned along the way.
The Challenge
Every website has to answer the same question in under 5 seconds: why should the visitor stay? For Platforma365, we didn’t just design pages – we designed a narrative that pulls the visitor in and gives them a reason to convert.
Our Approach
Our process starts with the visitor’s mindset: what did they Google, what page did they land on, what did they expect? We map content to intent, prioritize the story above the fold, and design the rest of the page to support that first impression. Every section has a job to do – reinforce, prove, or motivate action.
Technical Decisions
On the technical side, we optimize for Core Web Vitals from day one: fast loading, minimal layout shift, responsive interactions. Images are served in modern formats, JavaScript is deferred where possible, and the whole site is designed to work well on slow mobile connections.
Core stack: WordPress, custom PHP, custom Elementor widgets.
Design Decisions
The visual language for Platforma365 was built to reflect the brand’s personality without overwhelming the message. Typography does most of the heavy lifting, with color and space guiding the eye rather than fighting for attention.
Outcome
The site converts because it earns trust before it asks for anything. That’s the hardest lesson in web development, and the one that shapes every project we do.
What We Learned
Working on Platforma365 reinforced a few beliefs we hold across every project: the interface is not the product – the outcome is; performance is a feature; and design details compound over time. Small choices about spacing, transitions, and error states add up to a product that people actually enjoy using.

We work with founders, product teams, and organizations building software that people actually use. If you have an idea, a rough prototype, or an existing product that needs a rebuild – we should talk.
