Chapter 1

What the client needed

Every neon sign is different, and the buyer needs to design it before ordering. The store has to present the collections, allow customisation and lead to payment without friction, also on a phone.

Buyers want to see how the sign will look before paying, so customisation is the heart of the store.

How it is built

The store was built on Shopify, which provides a ready catalogue, cart and payments and leaves us to build the customisation experience. The site is not live at the moment, so there is no link.
